2. Use of Products

Important: All products sold by LabVille.eu are intended strictly for research, laboratory, scientific, or industrial use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, food, cosmetics, or household applications.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age

  • You understand the hazards associated with the materials

  • You will use all products responsibly, legally, and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations

  • You have the necessary knowledge, equipment, and safety procedures to handle and store these substances safely

LabVille.eu assumes no liability for the misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of any of our products.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without explanation. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are processed once payment is received in full via available payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Delivery times vary:

  • Europe: up to 10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–13 business days

  • Asia & Australia: 5–20 business days

  • South & Central America: up to 20 business days

Delays due to customs or local carriers are beyond our control.

5. Customs & Import Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal to import into your country. LabVille.eu is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or confiscated by customs.

We do not refund orders that are rejected due to import restrictions or improper declarations, unless they are returned to us unopened and in sellable condition.

6. Returns

  • EU Customers: 14-day return window under EU consumer rights

  • International Customers: 30-day return window

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Hazardous materials that have been opened cannot be returned.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Chemicals can be hazardous. By purchasing from LabVille.eu, you agree to:

  • Handle all substances using appropriate protective equipment and safety measures

  • Label, store, and dispose of chemicals in compliance with regulations

  • Not use any product for unlawful or dangerous activities

LabVille.eu is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product. We strongly advise consultation with a professional chemist or safety officer when handling complex or reactive substances.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, product descriptions) is the property of LabVille.eu. Use without permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts located in Poland.
