All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (business days only). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • South & Central America: Up to 20 business days

📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to clear customs:

  • We will refund the cost of the products (if returned in good condition).

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Reshipping is possible at the customer’s expense.
